According to my sparks London speak for electrician he’d expect there to be a fuse someplace. More over there doesn’t seem to be a fuse unless it’s in the relay. My sparks, picked out fuse 28 from the wiring diagram as a possible suspect. If it is fuse 28 it’s strange there is no mention of that written onto the fuse box lid.

Dredging up an older post, I know, but since I’m trying to use a module that looks exactly the same as schemer, figured it made sense to tack on to the end of it. I purchased 4 of these flasher units off eBay from a seller in China. All were marked the same as schemer’s, CF13JL All 4 do this. Before finding this post I traced out the circuit and drew up a schematic.
